Intro

Join our team as a Cost Control Analyst and help ensure accurate and efficient financial operations by managing the end-to-end invoice processing cycle. You’ll review and verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth and timely payment processes. Through your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement, you’ll contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our finance operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Review, process, and assign invoices to the appropriate budgets and cost allocation categories in accordance with internal policies.
Verify invoice details against contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
Identify discrepancies and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice-related queries and issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of invoice processing improvements.

We expect You to have:

A university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field, or be in your final year of studies.
Curiosity, a quick learning attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Good MS Excel skills and good communication skills in English.
Experience in finance and/or aviation – not required, but considered an advantage.
